Please allow up to two working days for Awning and Bracket collections from our Preston address, as items are shipped in from our Midlands warehouse.

Please allow 2 to 3 working days after dispatch for standard Royal Mail 48hrs delivery.
Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday, excluding Public Holidays.

DHL delivery is approximately 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
Expedited Delivery UK Mainland delivery options are dispatched the same day. Delivery is usually next day. We need to receive your order by Midday to process it as a next day delivery order. We are unable to offer expedited delivery on awnings.

Awning or Caravan Store there will be a restocking fee due to the size of the
item. The Fee will vary with the product ordered.
